Donna Isabel, RN, Case Manager, Medical and Community
Management of medical and orthopedic clinics and community care management program.  Provides clinical case management follow-up for patients of medical and orthopedic clinics  as well as outside referrals through the community case management program

Susan Logan, RNC, Case Manager, Psychiatric
Management of psychiatric and PMR clinics and counseling program.  Provides clinical case management, for psychiatric and PMR patients  Provides mental health care navigation.

Greets guests and answers phones, maintains MedServices patient database, provides clinical support, updates clinic statistics, and supervises dental call-in

Becky Witt, Eligibility Specialist
Oversight and management of patient eligibility process, including auditing charts to ensure compliance with eligibility documentation

Assists Executive Director with fundraising and publicity; assists with processing of donations and gifts; maintains donor database
