Exam Room to be Named in Memory of Nina Caputo

Exam Room to be named in Memory of Nina Caputo

Nina Caputo volunteered weekly at TFC's Dental Clinic for three years.  She served as the Medical Assistant for Flat Rock Family Health Center during its critical first year.  She was an integral part of life and family of The Free Clinics.  Her untimely death has left many of us--patients, volunteers, and staff--grieving.

For this reason,  the Board of Directors has chosen to honor Nina and her memory by dedicating our last exam room to her.

We invite you to join us in contributing to our efforts to honor Nina's memory.  To contribute to this effort, you may make donation to TFC via check, noting Nina's name on the memo line.  Or you may make a donation via credit card on-line by clicking here.

All funds donated in Nina's memory will contribute to TFC's endowment, ensuring our ability to continue to care for patients well into the future... a worthy legacy for a wonderful young woman.
