Becoming a patient of TFC

All patients must have an eligibility interview and be approved before they may use our services.

Eligibility hours and availability

Volunteers conduct the eligibility interviews for new patients.  Prospective new patients are encouraged to come to TFC with their required documentation during the following times for an eligibility intake interview:

• Monday 12-4
• Wednesday 8-11
• Friday 9-2

Volunteers are also available at the Medical Clinic, Dental Clinic, and Psychiatric Clinic to conduct eligibility intake interviews and enroll new patients for those services.
