Evaluations and plan of treatment by an Endocrinologist

We offer a monthly endocrinology clinic by referral on Monday evenings at 841 Case Street.  Clinic provides endocrine screenings, assessments, and plan of treatment. 

Clinic requires referral from a physician.

The Endocrinology Clinic is currently staffed by a volunteer team consisting of one physician and one lay volunteer.  In 2010-11, the clinic provided 63 clinical visits.
