Ruth Birge is former Publisher of the Times-News, former Executive Director of United Way of Henderson County and currently Director of Vision Henderson County. In her spare time she volunteers and works with nonprofit organizations.
A graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business in Marketing and Advertising, a believer in college basketball, glad to be living in a state that understands and appreciates basketball as much as her native Hoosier state.
Ruth enjoys living in Henderson County, the volunteer capital of the nation.
