The Free Clinics (formerly known as Volunteer Medical Resource Center) works to close the healthcare gap in Henderson County by providing free healthcare and services to low-income, uninsured residents.

The Free Clinics

• Collaborates with local community health centers, hospitals, the health department and social work agencies to provide services to those who need them;
• Operates a series of regular clinics that offer services specifically needed by the uninsured;
• Works extensively with primary care providers to find medical homes for our patients.

The Free Clinics receives no state or federal funds. We rely on volunteers and funding from private sources, including foundations, corporations and individuals like you. The Free Clinics is a 501c(3) organization, and all donations are tax deductible.
